The information provided on this site is provided by the record companies and their distributors.
In some countries the title of a disc may be different but the song contents are the same as domestic versions. Some countries will use the title track as their album title.
Please be aware of this when ordering and make sure you do some research on the album you have selected.
There are many resources you can check. If an item is listed this way and we ship it to you there is no returning the item.
Videos: some videos may not be formatted to be used on your VCR. You must have them converted at your own expense, as U2Mart does not convert them. U2Mart does not allow a return on videos based on the format.

Product Availability:
Not all the items listed in this catalogue are immediately available to be shipped.
There are a few factors that determine how fast you will receive your order.
If all the products you want are in stock, your order will be shipped to you within 48 hours. We do ship orders even on Sunday.
If all the products or part of the products you want are not in stock depending on the supplier, we will wait 21 days for a back order to be filled.
If we have still not received the item(s) after 21 days, we will contact you by e-mail every 21 days to keep you informed and to ask if you would like us to keep waiting for the item or cancel the order.
Once your order has been shipped from U2Mart, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.
At our own convenience your orders might be spitted in multiple shipments, in this case you will not be charged for any extra cost.
Ordering:
We do not accept phone orders.
When ordering by fax or e-mail include the catalogue # as listed on our site, artist, qty, price shown, your complete address and credit card info.
All items are listed in our database and the information you see is all we have, so please do not ask us to look up items. All the track listings we have are already listed. Items not listed we can no longer obtain for you.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure your correct address is entered into our system. If an order is lost due to an incorrect address a refund will not be given.
Videos: not all videos displayed are in the format of your country, you will have to have them converted at your own expense at your local video store.
Pricing:
All prices listed in the U2Mart database are shown at your own choice EURO, USA dollars or British Sterlings.
Prices do not include shipping.
Prices will be converted to EURO funds on the Purchase order and on your invoice.
You will be billed in EURO funds and your credit card company will convert on your monthly statement. USA based customers may be subject to duty & taxes that may be charged by your own government on shipments over $1200.00 USD.
If at any time these charges are billed back to U2Mart we will charge you the amount.
We will not provide undervalued invoices or mark the package as "gift" or "promo use" so please don't ask!!
Please note prices may vary with currency exchange rates.
Defect and damaged goods:
All items sold by U2Mart are fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects and damage while in transit.
Should this ever happen simply return the item to our office and the item will be replaced with the same item. The return postage will be deducted off your next order.

Broken jewel boxes are not considered damaged goods.

It is your responsibility to ensure any product being returned is delivered to our office. Any product being returned that is lost is not the responsibility of U2Mart. Shipping charges for any items returned to U2Mart is credited at no more than the cost of the original shipping rates U2Mart charged for the original shipping of the product.
